We are currently offering free shipping on every wig order!

 

I sent it to the wrong address can I update this?

 

Please double check your address , email & phone number before placing the order once it's shipped we cannot make any changes , if your address is incorrect and we are unable to find it the order will be cancelled 

 

How long does an order take to arrive once shipped?

 

Transit time will vary from location to location. 

All orders are processed & shipped as soon as possible depending on the fastest shipping method available to your location. We typically take 1-3 business days for handling & processing your order. The typical delivery time frame is anywhere from 10-20 business days.

 

Depending on your location, you might receive items much earlier. Please allow extra time during our busy season as postal delays are out of our control.

 

Additional factors such as distance, customs, natural disasters may cause further postal delays. Tracking information, including the carriers, are provided with every order.

 

Will I receive a tracking number for my package?

 

Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as we are able to ship your order. Sometimes additional delays may arise that are beyond our control such as postal delays or customs inspections. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

 

What do I do if my order is lost in the mail?

 

The postal service is out of our control once your package leaves our location.

Once the package is sent out we are no longer responsible please keep your email for tracking number and contact the carrier

 

Are there any hidden customs fees or import taxes?

 

All prices on our webpage are displayed in USD with all taxes completely covered on our end. However, depending on your location and laws in your area, you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.
